If you prepare tax returns I’d be interested to hear what tax software you are using and if you are utilizing any scan/autoflow technology. We use CCH Axcess for tax return preparation and tested their scan/autoflow tool a few years ago but we unimpressed. We are thinking of trying someone else next tax season, possibly SurePrep and I’m wondering if anyone has used it before?
We use Lacerte for tax prep. We tried the Lacerte scanning/import tools years ago, but like you, we weren’t too impressed. I’m sure things have improved over the years, but I’m still hesitant to go this route.
